Key Responsibilities
As a Chief Risk Officer (CRO), you will lead PRSP’s risk management efforts. Your main tasks will include:
- Checking for risks and spotting possible problems or opportunities.
- Making and following plans to reduce or manage risks.
- Making sure the organization follows its rules and government regulations.
- Sharing regular risk reports with senior management and the Board.
- Improving the organization’s governance and accountability.
This role is very important to keep PRSP stable, transparent, and growing in a safe way.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following qualification criteria to be eligible:
- MS in Risk Management OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from an HEC-recognized university.
- Candidates who are members of professional accounting bodies such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, CRMA, or CIA will be given preference.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, or audit, preferably in NGOs, development sectors, or donor-funded programs.
- For Master’s degree holders, 5 years of senior-level experience is required.
- Candidates should have strong analytical, leadership, and management skills.
Age & Eligibility
