Available Position
PNSC is offering a senior-level position for Executive Director (HR/Admin). The selected candidate will be responsible for leading human resource management and administrative functions across the organization. This includes overseeing talent achievement, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold an MBA, MPA, or Master’s degree in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university.
- Applicants with equivalent degrees from foreign universities approved by HEC are also eligible.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in managing HR functions in large public or private organizations.
- Proven expertise in HR restructuring, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with teams and senior management.
Additional Requirements:
- Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
- Candidates must meet the “Fit and Proper Criteria” as defined under the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
